You will ensure that the set up, presentation and use of the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) Arena meets customer needs, expectations and are in accordance with corporate standards.
Good customer service skills, a senior first aid certificate and current drivers licence are essential. A forklift and rigging licence (or willingness to learn) would be desirable. You will have good experience in the operation and security of a sporting, recreation and/or entertainment facilities. The ability to work in teams and manage small numbers of staff would be an advantage.
