Administration Officer -Westpac Rescue Helicopters

The Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopters (Southern Region) seeks an energetic self-starter to join our team as our Administration Officer at our La Perouse base on the northern headland of Botany Bay.

 

This role will assist with the coordination and management of the administrative requirements of the Service’s office.   This incorporates administration duties, data entry, phone enquiries, taking bookings for the commercial training division and providing directions.   The Administration Officer is our first point of contact for most people and a strong focus on personal presentation and customer service is required as is a solid understanding of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.   The position is available for an immediate start.
